This trap bar is designed for testing the correct execution of the deadlift and its difference from the usual neck available rhomboid metal frame in the center. During the exercise with this the tubes of the frame will be held in front of the athlete, and the other - behind. It is ideally suited for the preparation of athletes to work with a straight barbell.

Just this chatter-Rod is equipped with handles for grip, which are arranged parallel to each other. This grip does not make deals with the possible operating weight forward, so that the deadlift is performed on the optimal trajectory. Centering the load when lifting and lowering the frame of the bar significantly reduces the stress the spine and joints. Trap bar is designed for loads up to 500 kg

The total length of the bar: 1528 mm, width diamond portion: 600 mm.
The length of the landings for discs: 350 mm (each).
The distance between the handles for grip: 600 mm.
The diameter of the handles to grip: 32 mm.

 All sizes can be changed by the customer.
