Functional area 3 is designed specifically for small halls. The purpose of its development is to make a full-fledged ergonomic place for power and functional training in a small area. We recommend this kit for halls of up to 100 square meters. m. This size is calculated for the zone: 7, 25 meters long and 6.5 meters wide. We can make a crossfit area, as well as a functional frame in any size, based on the complexity of the architectural development of your room only!
The zone includes:
