If the first kit is suitable for the general physical training programmes, the second kit is meant for the athletes and their children so they could do punching bag and focus mitt hitting trainings at home. This kit is super easy to install.


The kit consists of:

1) SPARTA PVC punching bag, 1.8 m, 400 mm in diameter, weight from 65-75 kg.

2) Stabilising punching bag suspension 

3) Punching bag angle console or ceiling anchorage (optional). Fixture anchors are included.

4) Chain to adjust the height of the bag and 2 carbines

5) Boxing gloves (1 pair) or MMA gloves (optional)

6) Focus Mitts (1 pair) and makiwara (1 pc)
